ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using MyDallasTech.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

SERVICES

MyDallasTech provides a platform connecting homeowners in the Dallas-Fort Worth area with independent, certified technology technicians. Quotes provided through our calculator are estimates and final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work determined during the on-site assessment.

SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION

Appointments can be scheduled through our online quote system or by phone. Cancellations made at least 4 hours before the scheduled appointment are free of charge. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

All services include a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work performed, contact us within 90 days and we will arrange for a technician to address the issue at no additional cost.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MyDallasTech acts as a platform connecting homeowners with independent technicians. While all technicians are vetted and insured, MyDallasTech's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
